Notes from Italy Encore Dinners

In early July we took our chefs to Italy while the restaurant was undergoing renovations. We tasted, we learned, we took notes, and then we brought Italy back home to with three different dinners from the three different regions we traveled to. Now, we're reliving our trip AGAIN because we had so much fun the first time around!

Join us for our “Notes from Italy Encore” dinner series where we invite you to share, either again or for the first time, the places and flavors that inspired us for our current, seasonal menu. Join Chefs Dave & Colin and owners Toni & Tony on this culinary adventure through Italia.

*October 11 at 6:00pm: Northern Italy*
Based on our visits to the Bastianich Winery, Harry’s Bar in Venice, and the Caseficio Sociale Ponte di Barbano facility where they make Grana Padano cheese.

*October 18 at 6:00pm: Central Italy*
Based on our visits to Tolaini Vineyards, Dario Cecchini's 8th generation family butchery and restaurant, and an evening on an olive grove overlooking Tuscany's beauty.

*October 25 at 6:00pm: Southern Italy*
Based on our visits to traditional trattorias in Rome, world famous pizzeria Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, and “aperitivo” hours in the beautiful Amalfi Coast.
