Concha y Toro Wine Dinner

Concha y Toro is the largest producer of wines from Latin America and is one of the global leaders in its field. Headquarted in Santiago, Chile, Concha y Toro produces well known premium labels such as Trio, Casillero del Diablo, Gravas, and Marque de Casa Concha.

On October 3, Italo Jofre is visiting from Concha y Toro for a wine dinner to remember. Five courses from the chefs, wine pairings from Italo and a chance to talk to him about his craft.

Tutoni's is one of only three stops that he is making in the United States.Tickets are extremely limited, secure your seat for this exclusive dinner now.

*Gratuity not included, please plan to bring night-of.

About Italo Jofre:
"Italo brings with him over a decade’s worth of winemaking experience that ranges from California to Chile, including his most recent role as Wine Ambassador for Concha y Toro’s entire portfolio.

[Italo has worked] alongside some of South America’s most acclaimed winemakers, notably the famed consulting enologist, Alvaro Espinoza.

He has been a popular guest speaker at many top venues including the American Wine Society and the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. He has also been interviewed on TV and radio shows in the US and Chile.

Italo does not hail from a winemaking family. His interest in wine was sparked while taking wine classes in the pursuit of a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Chile’s prestigious Catholic University. From there he went to Tulsa College, Oklahoma, to perfect his English before moving to California where he continued his wine education and gained his first hands-on winemaking experience.
Italo is responsible for all export operations for Concha y Toro, as well as overseeing top-level export operations for Trivento, Concha y Toro’s sister winery in Argentina."

The SIN Social: New Artist Launch Party: Terri Yacovelli

The SIN Social: New Artist Launch Party: Terri Yacovelli

The SIN Social at the TT Bar: When the service industry falls in love with art over great food and drinks.
Every 1st Monday of the month join us for our New Artist Launch Party- New artist Terri Yacovelli will be in attendance featuring her work and we'll have food and drink specials upstairs and at the #ttbar.
*EVERY Monday: Service industry professionals (hospitality, first responders, etc) will get an extra 10% off with the proof of a paystub or ID.

Terri Yacovelli was born in Chester County, Pennsylvania. She holds a Masters of Liberal Arts degree from McDaniel College in Maryland and earned an undergraduate degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Her work has been included in solo and juried exhibits across the east coast in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and New York. Recent work has been featured in the International Encaustic Artists juried exhibition held at the San Luis-Obispo Museum of Art, California.
Although trained as a traditional oil painter, Ms. Yacovelli now paints with a blowtorch. Encaustic wax painting is a hot medium created from oil paint and bees wax. Each layer of the wax is fused to the previous layer using a blowtorch. The wax can be poured or used in a painterly manner. It can be stamped and carved into, and layers can be scraped away to reveal previous layers and marks. Working through the stages of different cooling temperatures can build interesting texture and surface treatment. The wax quite often has a will of its own, forcing the artist to abandon preconceived notions and give in to the medium and moment.
Ms. Yacovelli is currently a studio art teacher and serves as an adjunct professor of art at York College of Pennsylvania. An avid traveler and gardener, she resides in York Pennsylvania with her family.

Feast of the Seven Fishes
to Dec 23

Feast of the Seven Fishes

"What is the Feast of the Seven Fishes? According to Mario Batali, "It's what Italians do when they say they're fasting." More precisely, the Feast is a meal served in Italian households on La Vigilia (Christmas Eve). In many parts of Italy, the night is traditionally a partial fast, during which no meat should be served. But in true Italian style, this proscription has morphed into something very unfastlike indeed: course after course of luxurious seafood dishes.... Regardless of the religious symbolism, for most people the main point of the meal is to gather family and friends and enjoy delicious food. " -

Join us Dec 22nd & 23rd for a feast like no other. Bring family, bring friends, and sit down for course after course of expertly prepared seafood.

$95 per person, 7 courses
$45 optional wine pairing
